Carmelgiri College Adimali Conducts 7-Day Rural Camp at Muttukad School

The students of Carmelgiri College, Adimali, successfully organized a seven-day rural camp at Muttukad School from September 10 to 16, 2025. A total of 22 students participated in the camp, including both BSW and MSW students. The camp aimed to raise awareness, encourage community participation, and promote social responsibility among the students.
During the week-long program, students engaged in a variety of activities including community cleaning, awareness classes, cultural exchanges, educational support for children, and interaction with local residents. The camp also emphasized environmental conservation and social development initiatives, making a meaningful impact on the local community.
The local residents warmly welcomed the efforts of the college students and actively participated in several sessions. Teachers, the principal, and senior faculty members visited the camp during the week and appreciated the commitment and enthusiasm of the participants.
